The following are examples of our Community's service: Evangelisation
is our most active apostolate. We share what we have received from the
Lord, by witnessing

This is a major outreach of
our Branch.
It is a
Fellowship of
young
disciples of Jesus (18-35 years) on mission in the
power of
the Holy Spirit.
We aim to assist young
people to grow in discipleship with Jesus and to work for renewal in the Church
and the spreading of the Good News to all, particularly young people under the
grace of Charismatic Renewal and the New Evangelisation.

Summer School of
Evangelisation
Every year we join with other branches of the Community in organising a
The is a
week-long live-in School aimed to help young people understand and deepen
their faith and to develop a vision for evangelisation within the context of
the life of the faith community.
The
School is a lively Church encounter involving Liturgy, Sacraments,
Scriptures, teachings, charismatic gifts, mission of the Church, celebration
and prayer. 250
young people participated in our recent School during the week 16-23 January
2005.
We organise Life in the
Spirit Seminars to introduce others to the
Grace
of Baptism in the Holy Spirit and
to renew their
baptismal commitment.
These
Seminars normally take place
once or twice per year over a period of eight weeks, one session
per week.
Our members spend time every
Friday in adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and interceding for the needs of the Church and the world. This happens

Other outreaches
Our Branch also participates
and supports other major outreaches of the Community:
The biennial Easter pilgrimage,
Light to the Nations, an occasion when
several hundred young people converge at Galong, NSW, to celebrate the Easter
mysteries..
Our Branch also contributes by providing teaching and personnel to the
Asia-Pacific School of Evangelisation.
Students from the Australia-Pacific region receive their training in
evangelisation and are commissioned to go out and bear fruits that will last.
